What fenders do I need for AMA ice racing?
Front and rear wrap-around fenders with full
tire-width coverage, curved cross-section, rigidly mounted to the forks and swingarm.

Will these fit my bike?
Fenders and hoops are universal for 17”–21” wheels. Model-specific
fitment comes from the rear axle blocks; measure your rear axle diameter (20mm or 25mm
on most modern bikes) and select the matching block.
Plastic or carbon fiber?
Plastic for first-season and club racers. Carbon fiber/Kevlar for
endurance racing and national competition where weight and stiffness at temperature
matter.
Can I run these with Canadian screw tires?
Yes. XeroFour fenders are wide enough to
cover Canadian tires and 3” rear rims, which narrower fenders cannot.
How far should the fender sit off the tire?
Rulebooks allow up to 1.5” of gap. The
XeroFour hoop system fixes the fender at a constant gap so it cannot flex into the studs or
open up a gap that fails tech.
How the XeroFour mounting system works
1. Fender (plastic or carbon fiber/Kevlar): full wrap-around coverage, ~8” wide, ~30” tip to
tip
2. Mount hoops: cut-to-length aluminum hoops that hold the fender at a fixed gap above
the studded tire, fitting 17”–21” wheels
3. Front fork mounts: CNC 6061 aluminum clamps that attach the hoop to your fork pinch
bolts, universal across brands
4. Rear axle blocks: CNC one-piece billet blocks that replace your chain adjusters and
lock the rear hoop to your OEM axle, with model-specific fitments for KTM, Husqvarna,
GasGas, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Honda
